How to make Anzac biscuits

  • Ingredients:
    List the ingredients and how much you need of each item here:
    1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
    1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup of coconut 
  • 125g lurpak unsalted butter
  • 2tbs of golden syrup
  • 1tbs of water
  • 1/2tps of bicarbonate of soda 

Instructions:
Give detailed instruction of each step you take to make ANZAC biscuits
  1. First shift the flour into a bowl add the sugar rolled oats and coconuts.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add golden syrup and water.
  3. Stir the bicarbonate of soda into the liquid mixture.
  4. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Place walnut-sized balls of mixture on a grease tray and bake at 175c for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Biscuits will harden when cool.
  7. 2 baking trays.
  8. 1 sieve.
  9.  1 saucepan.
